Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

  • Production Lead Times: All heritage leather goods are individually handcrafted to order. Standard build times typically range from 3 to 5 business days before dispatch. For highly customized items or custom laser engraving work, please allow up to 14 business days for fabrication.

  • Carrier & Tracking: Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your item is packaged and the shipping label is generated, an automated tracking number will be sent to your email.

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship to the continental United States (lower 48), Alaska, Hawaii, and all US military installations worldwide (APO/FPO/DPO).

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: Dragons Fire Quality Goods LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim. If an item arrives damaged from transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic proof of the packaging and product.

    Returns & Exchanges Policy

    • Standard Items:We accept returns on non-customized, standard production stock within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in completely unused, pristine condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Custom & Engraved Goods:Any item that has been customized, modified, custom-sized, or laser-engraved to your specifications is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

    • Natural Material Variance: We work with premium, full-grain leathers (such as Horween hides). Natural markings, slight color variations, range scars, and pull-up characteristics are proof of authenticity and quality—they are not considered manufacturing defects.

    • Order Cancellations: Because production begins rapidly after an order is placed, standard orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom or engraved orders cannot be canceled once materials have been cut or processed.
