Handcrafted Leather Shipping & Fulfillment

• Production Lead Times: All heritage leather goods are individually handcrafted to order in our Southern Oklahoma workshop. Standard build times range from 3 to 5 business days before dispatch.

• Carrier & Tracking: Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your item is packaged and the shipping label is generated, an automated tracking number will be sent to your email.

• Shipping Destinations: We ship to the continental United States (lower 48), Alaska, Hawaii, and all US military installations worldwide (APO/FPO/DPO).

• Lost or Damaged Shipments: Dragon's Fire Quality Goods LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If an item arrives damaged from transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic proof of the packaging and product so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Returns & Exchanges

• Standard Leather Stock: We accept returns on non-customized, standard production leather items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in completely unused, pristine condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Customized & Stamped Items: Any leather item featuring custom initials, custom leather or thread colors, or personalized modifications is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• Natural Material Variance: We work with premium, full-grain leathers (such as Horween hides). Natural markings, slight color variations, range scars, and pull-up characteristics are proof of authenticity and quality—they are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Cancellations: Standard leather orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before hide cutting begins.
